so as I was taking images I was also trying to look up ahead so I could plan any additional photos as we moved across the sky

Alaska I found this scene while riding Alaska Marine Highways to the south

Right when you enter the park from the west there is a nicely manicured lawn which caught my eye with the frost still on the grass

I headed out to the plains for some images just after sunset near the airport

Ballard Locks Sloans Lake so as I was takingHiram M. Chittenden Locks, or Ballard Locks in Seattle carry more boat traffic than other locks in the United States. On the morning I visited they had just started on a project on the large locks and thus they were fully drained. This allowed me to see a different view of the locks than normal with the various growth along the sides and gates fully visible.
